I assume the person that hit on you through facebook doesn't count? I'm starting to realize that "the perfect woman" won't come knocking on my door in order to discuss "you and me together for the rest of our lives" and sweeps me of my feet by doing so. I'll have to get out more and start "hitting" on women myself. I think that's a good new years resolution.

i don't reckon i like these new boards too well. the white background and the font...egh. and why must it say whether someone's online or offline? i don't know if i'll be coming back as regularly as i did on the old boards. i loved the old colour schemes (choices) and the font and the rectangular shape of it all. this new one is too...round. but i do like the new banner. :)

Mike is ill, and he stayed home from work. I came home during my lunch (home is a 15-minute walk away) to bring him some soup and medication and ended up only having about 15 minutes to eat before I had to go back to the office. It really made me realise how much I need my full lunch hour. I don't even like taking a 10-minute trip to the shops, let alone spending literally half of my lunch hour walking.
