So i made the pumpkin apple soup tonight. It kind of tasted like curried pumpkin, it was ok. not super spectacular.. And i followed the recipe & pureed the soup but during dinner I decided texture of pureed soup isn't to my liking.
Does anyone have recommendations for which recipes are super yummy? Or which ones i should avoid?
I like Vegan Soups for all Seasons, though I usually add a bit more spice/flavourings than the recipe calls for. This is likely more of a personal taste thing.
