Pepper Seitan.

Good way to use up green peppers I got in my food-share. I usually don't like them but this was perfect.

How do you manage to make such amazing meals and take gorgeous food photos with two lovely rambunctious little ones running around?

I have to try this for sure, because it looks uh-may-zing.

I cook when Reno is at school and Miles is napping. As for photos I use camera+ on my iphone and only take about 3-5 pictures. I have no time to set anything up and have to be quick because of the kids.
