Lisa Whelchel from the old 1980s show Facts of Life is going to be on the show and she says she wants to be a representative of a good Christian - not a weirdo (her words!), not one who is all about the details and the law, but a Christian who exemplifies grace and love. She promises that she will play the game and will lie if she needs to.

She's a fan of Survivor who says she hasn't missed an episode in 24 seasons.

It looks like there are some nice people to root for.

Could anyone refresh my memory about Jonathan? I remember his face and I remember I really did not like him, but can't remember why...I do like Lisa/Blair. I hope she gets past her shyness and starts mingling a little more.

What did Angie say about cookies? Like that the tribe didn't have cookies?

She got reamed for that, but I took it as her way to answer the question without picking sides or digging herself a grave.

I hope whatever tribe Abi-Marie is in loses a challenge soon. That girl's gotta go. She tries to make alliances with people but then does not trust anyone. Sure, you can't really trust anyone, but at least a little bit? Stop harassing people every time they dare speak to someone else? She gets on my nerves! And I like RC very much. She is tough. Not bad for a Wall Street investment banker. Make us banksters proud!!

I think they will to merge Russell's tribe soon, since there is almost no one left there, but I would preferred for Russell to go. He is so...I don't know...ineffective.

Dude, WHAT was that? That's the craziest Tribal I've seen in a long time. And how on earth did they not get rid of Pete??? There are some people I really like this season, and I understand that they need to keep the "villains" around for that final 3 vote, but man. I hope the good ones don't get screwed in the end by keeping too many of the awful ones around. Vote out Pete and keep Abi and you're still safe at the end.

I think Lisa is really coming out of her shell, and even though I am not too crazy about what she did in the last episode, I am glad she's not going on and on about her religion. Can't stand Abi, Pete and that shifty looking blonde guy who is so forgettable I don't even remember his name.

I love that Lisa is embracing her Blair Warner Wolf Spirit. And ditto, Angelina--love that she doesn't blather on about how God has some vested interest in Survivor. Everyone knows he's into the X Factor.

Here is my issue with the last few seasons of Survivor. I think because it's been on for so long and now all the contestants are huge fans and have watched several seasons, they go into it playing a part. It seems that everyone now goes overboard with the drama and people's personalities come off as forced. I haven't been able to relate to any of them and therefore don't care who wins or loses.

This makes me sad because I use to LOVE the dynamics of the relationships and watching the strategies unfold.
