Grilled Lobster Mushroom by hoveringdog, on Flickr

The lady friend has cable. I'm addicted to Chopped.

Lobster mushroom marinated in lemon juice, thyme, and balsamic vinegar, with israeli couscous and a roasted heirloom tomato and cilantro salsa.

I can't stop looking at it. Great presentation. I've always wondered about Israeli couscous.

She wasn't actually present for tonight's dinner. She hates cilantro. But watching the Chopped, that was all her doing.

There's such thing as a lobster mushroom? Wow. And Israeli couscous is the best couscous.

That's an attractive dish (both the food and the plate!)
