My last boy wasn't even vegan and was regularly using nooch before we met. He even had a homemade nooch-walnut "parmesan" in one of his spice containers. Love at first sight... of the nooch tub.

Bwahaha! Nuts currently floating in water; my baby Blendtec; MEGAYES TO THINGS SEALED WITH CLOSE PEGS; buckwheat soaking in a bowl covered with a colander. Which isn't exactly a cloth but that's the state of my kitchen right now.

How about 'the kitchen has two freezers'? My friend bought a second freezer because she freezes SO MUCH STUFF. I have an upright freezer in my laundry and it's stuffed full of vegan goodness.

isa wins the thread! this is a dead giveaway. (but i have a small shelf, so i decant some into a skinny bottle to keep with the baking spices, and leave the rest of the 32 oz in the fridge.)

Haha, yes. I didn't realize how many there were until I had to move and actually used all their contents, cleaned them, and attempted to fit them all in my cabinets.

When it looks like there's a small LUSH franchise in the bed/bathroom.

Giant bags of raw cashews, flax, almonds, pumpkin seeds and various types of other nuts competing for pantry space with numerous types of flour and dried legumes. Plus nooch, various types of oil and vinegar, soy sauce, miso, 50 different herbs and spices...

Definitely the ACV with the baking stuff, a drawer filled with flours and starches, another with just beans/lentils, a pantry that's exploding, yet I still don't have enough food.

I have lots of stuff floating in tupperware containers in the fridge...it freaks people out!




This! Curious guests look in my pantry sometimes and are like "w.t.f. is all this weird foreign food?! Toor dal? Sumac? whaaaa?"

Also, I have 70+ dried herbs/spices etc arranged in small containers, and about 20 containers of beans/rice/grains etc in the same cupboard. People are half impressed, half weirded out by all that. Not that any of that is specifically vegan, but most omni's dont have a pantry like that I guess.

Oh, and they always ask about the nooch on the counter. Always. And they get scared.
