That sounds good. I wholeheartedly approve of using pre-made crusts since I suck at baking. haha
How did you make the pumpkin filling?

park, I'd do a couple taste tests just to be sure. You can never be too careful.

Aubade, I adapted a couple different recipes I saw. I used canned pumpkin pie filling (next time it'll be pumpkin puree so I can have more control over the spices), flour (cornstarch or arrowroot would work as well), vanilla, and a mix of coconut milk and silk yogurt. It's really, really good! With minor spice adjustments- I like it to be a little more in yo face- it's going to be something I make quite a bit.
