Because you're already not pumped up enough for it!  Orange scented broccoli  Herb roasted cauliflower and bread crumbs  Tortilla soup  40 clove chickpeas and broccoli (one of my faves!)  brussels sprouts and potato hash with chickpea gravy (another fave)  green beans with Thai basil (ANOTHER fave)  big fat taco salad with fresh tomato salsa dressing and guacamame (yep, another...)  more of that tomato dressing and guacamame (I think I made it like 3 days in a row)  chickpea quinoa salad with balsamic vinaigrette (supposed to have romaine in it)  make your own bowl type thing (bowls!) with carrot ginger dressing  Chickpea piccata
