anyone watching this?

I dig it, and even though the dishes are all meat centric, theres some cool stuff to veganize. Im going to make Chili Tofu lettuce wraps today based on his recipe on the show

we've seen each episode and love it. it is often meat centric, but the tips and technique are useful. We really appreciate the vegetable techniques, too.

Chili tempeh lettuce wraps I made today were stellar

is it me or when he says the measurement for oil is seems like he pours way more than that in the pan?

I'm totally loving it (just started watching on this thread's recommendation) but holy moly is there a lot of meat!

yes! he says "add a touch of olive oil" and dumps so much in the pan.

Anyway, the show is awesome.
