I enjoy reading VegNews and actually have made some of the recipes from their magazines and they have been pretty awesome :)

Was wondering if anyone has bought and made things from their Holiday and/or Holiday Cookie Cookbooks?

I've looked at them with interest (especially the Holiday Cookbook) so if you get them, I would love to hear what you think.

well just to let you know i haven't ordered them......

the holiday cookbook for $8 only has 35 recipes, and the cookie cookbook doesn't say how many recipes are included..... and since i am allergic to all nuts, i'm reluctant to buy the cookie cookbook without being able to preview it or at least see a full list of recipes since i don't know how many of the recipes call for nut butters and/or nut flours...... both are $10 and i suppose that is a good value but i'm most likely going to pass.

if you end up ordering them, do provide us with more details ;)

Okay, but I'd like to hear more myself before I take the plunge.
