These are both from my niece's half birthday (we have the party then because her actual birthday is Christmas Eve). Lemon Raspberry Cake   I also made some mini fruit tarts. The base is a cashew based pastry cream. These were a hit and I'm going to make a big one for my sister's birthday. The pastry itself was from VPITS.

I love how you decorated the cake with roses on the side instead of on top. I've never seen that before. What a creative idea!
