Fyi should you find yourselves in Paris--I am there, eating vegan caramel flan and a chocolate bar with crushed up bits of speculoos. The flan is made by Sojasun and has an oozy layer of caramel on the bottom of the container. The chocolate is Belgian, by New Tree. Both are available at Monoprix, and highly recommended.
