Godiva solid shampoo smells amazing. I think it's meant for dry hair but mine is pretty normal and it works for me.

BTW, I went to Lush and did the makeup game, and it was super fun - but I too thought that the colours were too flashy for me (I don't wear a lot of bright makeup; I always think that different hair colours and partly visible tattoos suffice, haha).
Anyway, I got the Rub Rub Rub shower scrub, and it's AWESOME. Scrubby but leaves the skin feeling softer than anything. And it smells divine. When I sat down afterwards with a cup of Earl Grey and realized that the two fragrances mingled... OMG, nosegasm.

If you've got a charity or campaign group you love in the UK, Lush is currently taking nominations for a £20k grant to help with their funds. They've already picked five (HSA, APA, Sea Shepherd, Reprieve and War on Want), and they want another five.

I've really been digging the Dark Angels face cleanser lately. It smells soooo good and is a nice gentle exfoliant.

I really like the smell, too, but it's a tad on the strong side. I always pick it up to sniff in store, but I don't think I'd want to use it everyday.

I can't be, they've been selling it for years! I'd be super impressed (and touched!) if they were making it just for me.

I love that one, it smells so good.

I'm like a little kid. I'm going on a 3 hour drive next Friday so I can stock up at lush. Shopping list so far is henna, big shampoo and a conditioner. Not sure what conditioner yet though. I'm pure blissed out at the thought of it. It will be the only thing that makes work bearable on Friday.

Hehe, I've only ever heard people go: "It smells awful but it's the only thing that works against the 'druff!"

6 days until I get to Lush. This is better than a Christmas countdown.

Big conditioner is very light so if you need something a bit heavier go for veganese , which is still light but heavier than Big. Big smells gorgeous though and makes my hairs all bouncy! Some of the Christmas stuff looks amazing, I know it's gimmicky but Popcorn lipscrub! Oooh!

I am beyond excited about the Twilight shower gel. It's my favorite Lush scent ever (I have the limited edition perfume, as well) and has an aromatherapeutic effect on me. So so so good!

Breath of God gives me a headache, again. it's like burning tires and patchouli, and every time i think it smells good going on but at the end of the day i desperately need to burn my clothes and take 3 showers.

Damn, I'm bummed about not being able to use bubble bars anymore! I moved into an apartment with no bathtub. I miss my Dorothy and Christmas Eve.

I had that and it smelled like campfire. The Breath of God solid perfume is a lot sweeter and doesn't smell smoky at all. I love it.
(As I said once before, I believe the fragrances vary according to whether they're based on alcohol or fat of some kind... but I only learned that from Patrick Süskind, not a real perfumer.)

i may have to check that out next time. i haven't had wonderful experiences with solid perfume (i have only tried Pacifica, the blood orange, which is awesome, but lasts about 2 minutes on me)... does it last well?

I stop smelling it on myself after a couple minutes, but friends tell me I always smell awesome. ;)

You pretty much have to beg the people in the Boston Lush to give you samples but the one in SF wouldn't let me leave without one!
