Anyone else have this book? Its kind of strange and I haven't made anything from it yet, but I'm not going to say that is bad, due to the fact I haven't used it. I got it for Christmas last year and paged through it a number of times, since most of the recipes have a full page picture, and its hardback, so its more of a coffee table type book with recipes and stories than a book I would use in the kitchen. I don't really like the premise on the fact that it was a bunch of non-vegan chefs making 3-4 recipes to be included in the book. This wouldn't be so bad since I'm all for people trying to learn about cooking vegan food even if they aren't vegan, but it seemed like some of them had some strange ideas about what a normal vegan meal looks like. It is also a special occasion type book, since there are some expensive ingredients in it and most recipes may have several sub-recipies to make and take a few hours. If anyone has it, have you tried anything from it? Any recommendations?

I had a flip through it at the bookstore since I really liked the concept, but everything just seemed like something I would eat and be reasonably satisfied with at an omni wedding or a function or something, but nothing that I would go out of my way to make or order at a vegan restaurant.
