August is full of birthdays, anniversaries, vacations and school starting up again -- combined it means that the blog gets put on the back burner. Now that it's September, it's time to catch-up.

We've been using our Masa Harina like crazy this month

Enchiladas (stuffed w/hickory-smoked tofu, onion & Daiya Jack, topped w/tomato & ancho chile sauce) & Guacamole

Zucchini and Avocado Tartar with Green Zebra Tomato and Cashew Cheese Stack (Raw)

Farmers Market: Fingerling Potatoes, Green Beans, Eggplant, Tomatillos, Cherry Tomatoes, Edamame, Thai Peppers, Lacinato Kale and Chinese Long Beans.

Our garden has also given us a bounty of Squash Blossoms (courtesy of this monster Cinderella Pumpkin which we found growing in our front yard!)

We watched "Jiro Dreams Of Sushi," and then attempted these...
