I stared at it for a while, thinking 'what am I going to do with just one ear or corn?' Then I checked some of the other boxes if it was, indeed, just one ear for everyone. Sad. On topic: stale bread. I can't finish the bread fast enough because it's just me.

Yesterday I had a toasted bagel with EB & nooch for breakfast and lunch, and the breakfast bowl from Hearty Vegan Meals for dinner. Brown food!

Lately I haven't had any energy to cook. :/ My food for today is a cup of soygurt; some nuts; a PB&J; a tub of hummus and crackers. I need fruit....

So far I've had goji berries sunshine cereal for breakfast (from Ani Phyo's book) and am just finishing a lunch of quinoa lentil stew and avocado toast and I'll have a bowl of cherries for dessert. For dinner, it's a curried tofu sammich with a side of tabbouleh.

Dr. McDougall soup-in-a-cup thing (the rice pilaf one), those things are hit-or-miss for me. . . this one was a miss, but I added enough Sriracha to make it taste okay. I'll probably make a mug brownie and some tea as soon as I feel like getting up.

Bachelorette Squash-and-Misc Risotto (Gourmet Level)
Prepare a cup of rice (I only had sushi rice, but WTH). Fill a bowl with some frozen veggie mix, a cup of (pre-made, frozen) pureed butternut squash, some shiitake mushrooms, a chunk of margarine, misc spices, and a dash of hot sauce. Nuke for 8-10 minutes. Stir in the rice. Cover and let cool for a bit, so the tastes can mingle. Enjoy. ;)

I wasn't really hungry at dinner so I ended throwing a lot of it away, and then I ended up making french fries about an hour ago because I was starving.

Mac 'n' Chreese (TM) and hot sauce. And some pickles. Last night was very fancy.

Yesterday I had matzo crackers with almond butter and piccalilli for dinner. Today I had matzo crackers with peanut butter and piccalilli as an appetiser as I waited for my oven chips, frozen beanburger, frozen vegetable fingers and frozen green beans to cook. I did then fancy-up the beans a bit by stirring in some peanut butter and crushed garlic to some of the cooking water as a kind of instant sauce.

Cereal and martini sounds like a slightly better version. :)

I got a subway sandwich and took it home and put some of the cheddar daiya wedge on it.

Today was oven roasted potatoes and tofu scramble (with leek, carrot, and chard + smoked paprika, black pepper, and World Vegan Feast's tofu scrambler mix). Red grapes for dessert. Yesterday was carrot cake oatmeal and an apple.
