Smoking tofus! I will say that I overestimated the amount of flavor that smoking would contribute and I should still have marinated the tofu. But the rice was amazing. Seriously, fenugreek, cumin, coriander, and dried apricots is an awesome combination, especially the latter. The little hits of sweet and tart just nail it. Also, I may have consumed the rest of the bottle of wine I used to braise the broccolini, so take my opinions with a grain of salt... Yes! You should also smoke tempeh, seitan, onions, garlic, olives, peppers, and maybe your shoes as long as they are vegan. I am a smoking enabler, and proud of it!

Also, I eat way too much smoked tofu as it is as available and cheap here as regular tofu.

I've never smoked anything (... in this sense) but I really want to try it! That rice definitely does sound awesome (and I'm not full of wine at present).
