This took me the whole day, but it was really worth the effort. Plain:  Sprinkled with sugar before baking:  Sesame croissants with sausage:

Oh wow, they look amazing! I'd decided I wanted to try making my own croissants for MoFo, but I haven't found the time yet. And I'm slightly intimidated by the process... so maybe I could just steal one of yours, instead? They look so yummy and flaky!
