Almond Alpro is £1 a liter in Tesco.

I need to go to sainsbury's obviously.

The long life alpro almond milk and hazelnut sugary water were on sale for £3 for a pound in Sainsbury's too.

The Alpro £1 for almond and hazelnut milk offer is on in Waitrose too for the next fortnight.

Three for three pounds, sorry.

The West London Groupon today (Tuesday) is for Saf at Whole Foods.

vegan multivitamins are 50% off at H&B until mid-October.

When I went to Saf a couple of weeks ago and saw their booking list; almost every single one was a groupon deal.

On a side note, I've not taken multivitamins regularly in 13 years of veganism - is it common place to?

around 20 years here and i've never needed to take them. occasionally tried a b vits, was prescribed vit d a couple of years ago and dabbled with vit c plus zinc but never regular or long term and to be honest i don't know if any of those i mentioned actually had any effect anyway.

All the Vitamin E skin care range in Superdrug is reduced. I like the things I've tried from it quite a lot and it's great value at the moment.

I take a b-vit, zinc and put vitamin C powder in my smoothies because it's delicious. Apart from keeping an eye on b-12 levels now and again, I don't think there's any *need* for it.

i just like to make sure all my bases are covered - some nutritional deficiencies (like B12) don't show noticeable symptoms for years.

also, women taking hormonal birth control are strongly encouraged to supplement.

I take multi-vitamins, but I have a thing that makes me not absorb stuff from my food so well. I really need to get a vegan D vitamin, as my Dr wanted to prescribe me D3, but I can't find them in any actual shops.

Anyway, the point of coming into this thread was to say that Lindas are £1 in Co-op right now.

£3 for 3 Alpro "fresh" soy, hazelnut and almond milks and 3 for 2 Cauldron stuff at Sainsbury's!

Also, b12-deficancy will occur if one doesn't take their b12-supplements, and the effects are pretty nasty once they show up (and by that time, it's too late).

I don't know if this is just online or in store, and it's not marked as a special offer, but Rekorderlig winter cider (which is so so good) is £1.75 per bottle at Sainsbury's.

Vitalite is only 88p in Waitrose!

Another bogo 1/2 off sale at H&B! I just bulk bought Bear fruit yo-yos (so good) and vitamins!

Jus Rol refrigerated pastries (well, for sure the puff pastry) is buy one get one free at Tesco.

...and the whole range is half price in Sainsburys.

Co-op are selling off their Christmas puddings now. 454g for 88p, or £1.50 for the Truly Irresistible ones (or £2.75 for ones twice that size!). I bought a lot, as someone on another board has a tip about making them into ice-pops mixed with Alpro custard, and they'll keep until Spring 2014 anyway.

Sainsbury's has a bunch of Sharwood's stuff, including their straight-to-wok noodles, on sale 3 for £3. They have 3 varieties of noodles, so I got a pack of each! They're the best when you're too lazy to even get out a pot and boil some soba noodles for 5 minutes. Actually, they're great for us because Mike likes the fine noodles, and I like the thicker noodles and the flat noodles.

Sainsburys are selling their big bags of Christmas nuts at crazy reduced prices, 350g brazil nuts for 45p and their canned pulses in water are 4 for £2. The brazil nuts I got were dated March 2013.
