In the comments section for the Super Moist Pumpkin Bread (yum yum) someone posted asking about apple butter pumpkin bread. Is that recipe in any of Isa's cookbooks or no? I couldn't find it on the blog site, and I would love to try it. It sounds delicious (I'm an apple butter loving freak and love to make my own in the crock pot). Can someone help out here? TIA

Yes among Isa's dessert section in the new Forks Over Knives cookbook, which I don't have with me so I can't reference exactly. I wondered what apple butter was?

I checked the table of contents of the FoK cookbook. Is it the Pumpkin Spice Bread? I'm going to get that book anyway, because the recipes ALL look delicious!

Yes that's the one! It's opposite the Zecret Zucchini Bread recipe, which I have made and was deliciious. I'll admit I was perplexed by apple butter in the pumpkin loaf it was something I was not at all familiar with.
I've found a recipe for apple butter now, so pumpkin bread shall be mine after all! :)

I got Forks Over Knives Cookbook, but haven't made the apple butter pumpkin bread yet. I did make the Lentil Chili and it was wonderful!
