Hi guys, who's been actively posting all 3 days so far?

I missed the second day myself, and have spend the past 3 hours working on my combined 2nd/3rd post, oy!

Just posted my third one! I must say that I love having themes for each day, it makes it a lot more fun than the previous years when I just winged it.

Two posts and the third going up tonight! Will probably miss #5 on friday and do some short post on saturday about food completely unrelated to my theme, as I'm going to Toronto for the weekend.

Pst. The curly thingy is called tilde and you should find it top left on an American keyboard (the salteñas look nummy. It's been on my list of things to make ever since Viva Vegan came out).

So far so good for me! This month is already shaping up to be entirely too busy, so whenever I have free time (ugh, rare) I try to write a post or two in advance, as a buffer.

I've done all three! I'm surprised with myself, already kicking last year's asparagus, haha. My posts are very ramble-y, but I'm having fun with it :)

Also, I've been LOVING reading everyone's blogs, I feel like I've learned a ton in the last couple days :)

Oooh thanks!! I was exhausted last night so even writing a post was pretty much an accomplishment for me! I'll go back and fix it soon if I remember which I sincerely hope I will.

So frustrating, as I have written 3 posts so far but haven't gotten them put live yet so, all of the blog content I have can only be seen by me. Hope to have this fixed tonight when I get done with work and then be able to actually participate.

I'm 3 for 3 so far, but I'm already wondering how I will survive a month of my waffle theme. I have too many ideas, but not enough flour.

I forgot how much time MoFoing takes! I had way more free time last year when I wasn't studying all the time. I've got three posts up, two of which are actual recipes, but I feel like my post quality was better last year. Well, I've got the whole rest of the month to work on it. :)

I've got all three so far! I've been writing posts at night for the next day and that seems to be working pretty well. Plus, I made a few dishes before mofo started that fit in with the theme so I could use those pictures for days when I'm too busy to cook. But it's really tempting to just use one of those pictures when i do have the time but am just being lazy.

I did that last year and it worked great most of the time. Unfortunately, I didn't start out doing that because of being out of town over the weekend. But I hope to get caught up to that soon!
