I have cried during both episodes so far. Also, I love Ray Romano in this, and think he's actually a pretty good comedic actor, despite ELR.

I wish nobody had cancer, because it's just a cheap shot and again, where's Nora? Cancer on TV is only good if the character actually dies - otherwise it's just manipulative time filler and everybody already knows how it's going to end. If somebody had to have cancer, I want it to be Zeke. I'd love to see how he dealt with that.

I hate when Adam overreacts to stuff like he did in this episode, but it was cool that he seemed to "get it" when amber confronted him about it. Yes, I think she cheated or at least no longer likes him. And I already really dislike Adam, I can't stand anything about him and thought he was way out of line but I'm glad Amber spoke to him.

I'm still on the premier so I haven't read the new posts. I am so happy for Hattie getting to leave.

YES. Not the arguing part, but every person talking happens with my family. I wish I had a mute. It's called another room and a door.

my goal this season is to get through one episode without crying.
my other goal was to get through an episode without wanting to punch crosby in his whiny bisque face. but in this last episode he was fine. so... second goal met!

It was a good episode. I was happy to have a bit more focus on the other Bravermans.
I liked Adam, Kristina and Max dealing with the 25 signatures. The kid that plays Max is freaking awesome. But I thought the whole mean doctor/nice doctor/mean doctor storyline was pointless and seeing mean doctor now was also pointless and having them delay surgery only to move it forward. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORING. We get it. Kristina is self-sacrificing. Also, Monica Potter is hot.
The N-word storyline was very good and Crosby came across as not a jerk. So YAY! The kid that plays Jabbar still is kind of a crappy actor though.
Also, I love Joel. Joel gives me a heartboner. He was so great with Victor, and seeing Julia be all proud of him, made me Awwww! Its going to be so funny if Sydney is all type A Julia and Victor is more of a foil for Joel. Victor is a good actor.
And the storyline where Sarah wins over Luke's, I mean Ray Romano Mean Photog But Really Thwarted Artist and Good Dad, daughter was stolen straight from GG. Except that even April Nardini had more personality than this one. Also blargh, you can win over your teenage girl with lies, Justin Bieber and photoshop.
I liked Zeke at the VA, and the sexy young veteran was sexy. Super sexy. I hope they do a storyline around veterans because its kind of scary how little support they get and that there is an epidemic of suicide in the military - 1 a day at this point.

That was a great episode! I cried a lot, especially because I got the same phone call from my mom a few years ago when i was all the way across the country. So, yeah, that really hit home for me.
Sarah, I think a big part of being in a serious relationship is that if you get a little crush on someone, it doesn't have to be a life changing event. You can move past that and not break up with your fiance.

I like it (Sarah and Ray Romano). I don't know why.
I definitely bawled like a baby at the end of this episode. And thinking about it is starting to make me well up again.
