Canadian Thanksgiving is this weekend and I want to make a stuffing to bring to a family potluck that'll blow everyone away. I've only recently started liking stuffing, so I have almost no experience making it and I don't have any go-to recipes or anything. I hear things like cornbread stuffing and apple sausage stuffing being thrown around. Those sound good. What do you make? What say you?

I like stuffing but I've never made it from scratch. I've lucked out that my local supermarket has organic vegan stuffing mix. It was a random and delicious find.

Down here in the south, I think more people lean towards cornbread dressing, although I adore a good bread stuffing, especially if it's made with sourdough! I'm making Terry's Cornbread Scallion Pecan Stuffing, which I can't imagine being bad. I've never made it before though, so it's not a tried and true recipe for me.
