Yaay! Second the call for pics.
Also I ran into crush today and I think maybe I misread my impression of having misread? I think I'm going to give up on trying to make guesses about body language and just ask her on a date. Like, explicitly stated as such to avoid confusion. I'll do it Sunday or Monday.

yes. using words is much better than just guessing! and, worst case scenario, you'd know for sure that it's a 'no' instead of agonising over it. go for it! :)

My snugglecrush, friend and I took Zwingtip out dancing at gay clubs and dragged him into the middle of our man-sandwich!

I wish I had a viable crush to use my rap-derived pickup lines on. They're so good and they're just going to waste.

I'm not quite crushing yet, but there's a couple guys at the game store that I wouldn't mind seeing again.

I love/hate how one text, interaction or sentence can make my heart do cartwheels for the whole day. Get a grip, feelings!!

I am married but I have a crush on a friend who I am only friends with because I had a crush on him in high school (more than 20 years ago) and then ran into him as adults. (we have enough in common as adults to sustain a friendship, but usually when I run into people I don't pick back up with them - I only did so with him because of the crush) It's a special kind of torture because nothing is ever going to happen.

Meeting crush for something vaguely resembling a picnic. I made bread and have various things to use with the bread for eating. And also, I have a frisbee? I had suggested meeting up to play frisbee because those are the kinds of ideas I have when suggesting hangouts, and the rest just kind of got planned organically.
Anyway the point is aaaaaaaaahhhhhh.

Good luck Tea!
My 'always in the background' crush is tormenting me atm. I think he only sees me as a friend and I'm too afraid to say anything in case I ruin the friendship, which means a lot to me. He's one of the few decent guys in my life. I had been containing my crush because there was a very big obstacle in the way, it seems to have been removed so now I'm "gaaaagghh". It's not helping that I appear to have reached the arse of the barrel with the online dating guys so don't even have a decent sexeh crush to take my mind off things, buh.

It was a lot of fun! Um I asked her afterwards if she would be interested in grabbing dinner sometime next week. I was probably noticeably nervous because I was. And she was like "Yeah! I would like that." Soo I think it might be a date? But I didn't actually use the word "date". I'm not really sure why not. So it's possible ambiguity remains.

My huge nonwork crush is engaged so that's a wrap.
Work crush is still adorable and is talking a lot now, which is cool because he's really quiet.

The guy I'm crushing on was super nice to me today. Also, my best friend encouraged me to go for it. However, I don't want to loose a friend (he's one of the few I have up here).

I had an elastic band. She stole it and then shot me with it. Is elastic band assault a form of affection?

If I went on a picnic with a boy, and he baked me bread and then nervously asked me out to dinner, I would totally assume it was a romantic interest date type dinner. Hope it goes well!
