I am working towards a theme of Veganized Bon Appetit. Going through the never ending stack of magazines in my living room to veganize some recipes. We'll see if I manage to stick with it! Here's the first post. http://veggiefixation.blogspot.com/2012 ... d-yam.html

I'm doing a month of themed dinner parties. For the first week, it's a Wizard of Oz party!

I'm doing a month of ideas for entertaining specifically for the gluten/soy free. I'm so limited when I go out, that I refuse to cook things for others in my home (or when I take it to pot lucks, etc) that I can't eat myself. Five years ago, I hadn't a clue what I could make and feed to friends/family. Thankfully, I'm comfortable in my own cooking skin again. There will also be some general tips for making entertaining easier.

If you've got a family favorite, a dinner party recipe, party food, picnic item, etc that you'd like to see me take a try at veganizing/deglutenizing/desoyatizing - feel free to send it to me at vegamblog {at} gmail {dot} come and I'll see what I can come up with.

I'm doing stuff I've canned, and what I'm using it for for Monday through Thursday. For Fridays, I'm doing "Food Me Fridays" and including food that others have cooked.

I also do weekly themes. This week was all Engine 2 recipes, week three is preparation for Iron Chef on the 20th, and the last week will be cheeses. I'm stumped on what to do for week 2.
