Nourish!! It's a great vegetarian restaurant there with some amazing vegan options :)

Wild Flour Bakery has some decent vegan options, like non-dairy milks, scones, cookies, cake, breads. Can attest to their savory items as I was there for the sweets!

Both Wild Flour and Nourish are so good! The pumpkin tea latté and xgfx muffins at Wild Flour were fantastic, and I'm getting lunch there today and looking forward to it. The hickory nachos at Nourish are one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. We also had kale chips with a cashew sauce, the spicy king noodles, red curry, and more. Great great food. Bamboo Thai has also been a good vegan-friendly find.
For anyone staying at the Banff Centre, there have been great vegan options in the Dining Centre for book breakfast and lunch...
