New favorite burger (quinoa, beans, tofu, oats, onions, onion soup powder replacer)

when not eating these burgers with a salad, I'm devouring them with large pile o'kale
(boiled dino kale dressed with equal parts olive oil, lemon juice, and shoyu)

crappy pic of amazing lunch: roasted spaghetti squash and zucchini rawsta with tomato basil walnut pesto

easy clean out the 'fridge bean and kale soup topped with leftover roasted spaghetti squash

Everything looks wonderful - especially those burgers! I've never had a spaghetti squash. I've never seen them in the shops here. They look great!
