Does anyone know where to get burrito shells as large as the kind they use int he burrito places like Chipolte, Baja Fresh, etc?
If not, is it very difficult or time consuming to make burrito shells?

I don't think so, you just need a burrito press. There are videos on youtube.

Hmm, I'm not sure I've seen that large of shells at the store.
I made tortillas at home when I was in college (it was a lot cheaper and I had time). Dough is easy to mix up. What took forever was rolling them out. I didn't have any sort of press though, I used a rolling pin. Mine also weren't super large (I only have an 8" skillet), but I got good at making them the right thickness. They cook pretty fast. I usually made 2 dozen at once and kept the extras in the fridge/freezer.

I'm confused by the question. Are you asking about shells that are used as a bowl or large tortillas? I see large, burrito size tortillas all the time.

Because there are the taco salad bowls and then there are those monster tortillas that they use at Chipotle (like 16inches or so). Either way, I've seen both shells and large tortillas at the regular grocery store. Granted, I do live in a very Mexican area. ETA: Not to say that taco salads or mammoth burritos (or even burritos, really) are authentic Mexican, because they are certainly not.

Large tortillas and longer in diameter than 10 inches ( largest I could find so far ) ah, okay. I wonder if places like Chipotle get their tortillas custom size, because the 10 inch ones are the biggest I've seen in stores. If you live anywhere near a tortilleria, you might ask them if they have extra large available. It might be worth learning to make your own though.

They're really easy to make. You don't need a tortilla press to make flour tortillas, just a rolling pin and time - they might not come out perfectly round, but they will be delicious. A tortilla press is pretty much essential for corn tortillas worth a damn, though. Honestly, though, I wouldn't make giant burritos for home. They're so hard to eat anyway, why not just make two regular sized ones?

I didn't realize the tortillas at Chipotle were larger than the ones in stores, but that explains why my burritos are always so massive and awesome when I go there.

In Sonoran Mexican cooking tortillas are very large and super-thin. So in Arizona and that part of Mexico, tortillerias sell very big, thin flour tortillas. Like so thin you can almost see through them. But I have only seen them sold fresh from tortillerias, restaurants, and people's homes--not in packages at the supermarket.
I grew up with this kind and after moving to California thought that everyone was using weirdly doughy, chewy tortillas to make their burritos.

I have found super big ones very occasionally in the supermarket (I like in southern california) but your best bet is a mexican store...a tortilleria or a meat market (I know gross, but you can find all kinds of good stuff in those stores, just hold your breath)
Also, just use 2 regular size tortillas, lay them out so they are overlapping (like a ven-diagram) and roll your burrito that way! it works.

I've never seen burrito shells in the store bigger than 10". But if you are in Whole Foods in the bread section, they have Lavash Wraps that work really well for burritos. And the trick is to heat them up like Chipotle does so they stretch and are easier to work with.

Tortillas are easy to make but I've only made smaller ones and they are never perfectly round. I vote for two smaller burritos though.
And I was confused by the question as well, shell implies fried & crunchy :)

We have a Winco store in our town that carries the really large "wrap" size, and the store I work used to carry them, but now just the 10" or so wraps are the largest. The Winco doesn't carry them with the other tortillas, though, they have them near the deli breads. I guess since people use them for cold sandwich wraps instead of burritos.

My local shoprite (east coast) sells something labeled burrito sized tortillas. I imagine they're at least 10 inches. I can get a decent sized burrito out of Trader Joe's handmade tortillas. I think those are 8-inch for comparison.
