My friend sent me that and I downloaded it without realizing it was full of meat and cheese. Silly me to assume that a cookbook entirely devoted to kale would be vegan. Yuck.

Hah, I made that assumption too. I never ate kale before I went vegan, so I figured only a vegan would write this!
