This is the holy grail of gf/vegan chocolate cakes! LOVE it. Its from Chocolate Covered Katie.

changes: I used butternut squash in place of the pumpkin, bobs red mill GF baking mix, and agave (1/4 cup) in place of xylitol.

I used the frosting that is linked on the page ("Healthy Frosting").

BEST GF cake I have ever made.

I've used pureed cauliflower in muffins before and no one I served them to suspected anything. You can't taste it at all. I'd try this today if I had all the ingredients.

Thanks for posting, Daphne!

I'm wary of gluten free cakes as it is but a gluten free cake with cauliflower? I'd definitely go the pumpkin route or even shredded zucchini.

I. HAVE. TO. MAKE. THIS.

I have made her blondies a couple of times and her chocolate pie. She's brilliant and her desserts are so crazily delicious.
