This is the holy grail of gf/vegan chocolate cakes! LOVE it. Its from Chocolate Covered Katie.

changes: I used butternut squash in place of the pumpkin, bobs red mill GF baking mix, and agave (1/4 cup) in place of xylitol.

I used the frosting that is linked on the page ("Healthy Frosting").

BEST GF cake I have ever made. Texture is like a box mix. Its crazy.

that sounds totally worth trying. I really can't stand the gummy, gluey texture of gf cake mix. so if this is even remotely better, I've got to give it a shot.

I made this a few days ago..left it out on the counter (plate covered in plastic wrap)...it is still as moist as it was the first day I made it. Every time I have made a GF cake, they are dry dry dry by the next morning. Not this one! I will never make another GF chocolate cake again. Im going to see if I can make a vanilla version, using the steamed cauliflower.
