the truck parks close to my office so i went for lunch. i ordered the portobello sandwich and pumpkin/coconut donut. the sandwich was so so salty but the donut was delicious.
i have mixed feelings.

does anyone have any recommendations for a second try?

Creole tofu or maple mustard tempeh are surefire. I've never had the portobello, since I'm a mushroom hater.

See if you can get pancakes! Those were sooooo good last time I had them. I really love their desserts, but I haven't loved any of the sammiches.

The lemongrass five spice seitan is my favorite. I could eat it all day. Most of the time, I just get the special, which is almost always a good choice.

And yeah, the pancakes rule.

Sadly the five-spice seitan is now considered an occasional special, as they took it off their regular menu. FOR REASONS UNBEKNOWNST TO ME. That was a favorite of mine, too.
