Soaked oats! Why have I not been doing this forever? It has replaced my (expensive, boring) organic instant oatmeal pack I eat everyday at my desk at work.
Oats, soaked in vanilla soymilk with cinniman overnight. Added some maple syrup, fresh diced banana and strawberry just before eating. So good.

Coffee, and oatmeal cooked in decaf coconut chai tea (with sugar, ground ginger, and White Chocolate Wonderful PB mixed in). Delicious, but I used the last tea bag (I didn't really like that tea to drink as is, but it makes for delicious oats). . . need to find a new underwhelming tea to use for oatmeal deliciousness purposes.

Two slices of leftover pizza, one from a hummus pizza and the other a cashew ricotta slice. Coffee too, of course.

I had, as almost always toast (it is uaually a bagel or english muffin but I've not gotten to that store as of late) and my omelet mix thing, with some grade veggie cheese and faux hammy bits in it.

Toast (with wheaty bread... almost too wheaty), some gimme lean patties, and the last of my sauteed kale and craisin mixture.

Cold soaked oats again. I love them. Vanilla soymilk, maple syrup, fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries. Its still hella hot here (over 90 degrees today) so cold breakfast is good breakfast.
I am amazed at how much more filling rolled soaked oats are than instant oatmeal, even though I eat the same amount. Must be the fiber or something.

Today I had a lara bar, two biscoff cookies, and some lime seltzer. I overslept and didn't have time for a sit-down breakfast.

daisychain, I think it's adorable that you accidentally poured olive oil on your pancakes. That is so something I would have done!
