I love Kung Fu Hoagies! The cart is so cool and cute! Everything is vegetarian, and most things are vegan! The dudes are super-nice. You must hunt them down. They camp out at Clark Park on the weekends, and I've found them in south philly across the street from B2 a few times too. Find them on facebook so you can track them down and experience the yummy things.
Tofu Hoagie- Perfect balance of tofu and pickled veggies on a nice, crispy baguette. It is small, but the price is right at $4. You'll definitely need two if you're starving.
Orange Beef Hoagie- Good, but I liked the tofu hoagie more.
Sesame Peanut Chicken Noodles- Super-yummy! Lots of noodles, chick'n strips, crushed peanuts, some cilantro... just lovely. This dish is super-filling and probably my favorite menu item. I wish it had some veggies, but it's freakin' five dollars...there is really nothing to complain about.
Lemongrass Tofu Noodles (special)- Holy crepe. Get this if they have it. Tofu, veggies, noodles, incredibly flavorful broth.

Ya know, I saw them drive past me on the street once and thought I was imagining it.

I've been supporting Paul and Steve since the beginning. Now that I live across the street from their weekend spot my wallet will take an even greater hit.

I haven't tried any of the noodle things yet, but I live right next to Clark Park so I've gotten a lot of their hoagies. Love them.

Their Pho is surprisingly good! I say this because their tofu hoagies are obviously their specialty, but these guys can handle a killer soup, too. Flavorful and full of good stuff. Perfect cool weather comfort food.
