That's where I'm at. I don't usually put sweetener in my tea, especially because the soy creamer I use is a little sweet, but I feel like it needs something to make it pop. It's really good, but it just needs a little something.

To those who are making PSLs with the rooibos tee...are you using 2 teabags to make it extra strong or just letting it steep longer?

When I made it, I used 2 teabags like if I were making iced tea and let it steep for awhile(but that's only because I forgot about it) and it worked pretty well. If I do another one this afternoon, I'll keep track of what I do and report back.

I have a dilemma, I want to go to TJs today but I no longer work right next to one. Do I go out of my way to go to TJs? hmm

I agree. The pumpkin flavor is not very strong. I drank mine last night with a little bit of the maple/agave blend and it was better.

I'm still undecided whether the tea is worth the price, since it mostly tastes like rooibos with a bit of spice. It's good, though, so maybe it'll grow on me.

I just found out that they are opening multiple TJs in Texas (not near me, though) and got excited about the one in Houston because it's sorta near where my parents are. The Mr. didn't see why I cared because it's "just a grocery store." FOOL.

Most rooibos blends taste exactly the same to me. I haven't tried the TJ's pumpkin tea, but I have tried the pumpkin rooibos Zhena Gypsy Tea (I'm guessing the TJ's stuff is just this stuff, repackaged) and was really underwhelmed by it. I think I expected it to taste magical and pumpkin pie-like, but it just tasted like rooibos.

Omission gluten free pale ale

I got the kale chips last night.

2 servings per bag my asparagus. I had to put them in the back of the pantry so I would not hoover up the whole bag while I was making dinner.

They were not just kale either, like I was expecting just KALE with some seasoning...but there is sunflower and cashew in there too.

I just got back from TJ's and THEY HAVE SILKEN TOFU!!! Ok, maybe not exciting for those with easy access to an Asian supermarket, but at $1.49, it's reasonably priced and I don't have make a special trip to another market. Yay! I think this calls for a batch of Isa's brownies...

Vegansaurus (the blog) reported that trader joes now makes their own vegan stuffed turkey roast! With gravy! Repackaged Tofurkey i am willing to bet. Also willing to bet it tastes better too. I hope they have it on the east coast!

No Tofurky or other similar product at our TJ's, at least not in the refrigerated section where it was last year. We didn't look much at the frozen section since our freezer is pretty full.

I did get some of the silken tofu! So excited because it's cheap and I love making desserts with it, or alfredo sauce.

They had the stuffed non-Tofurkey Tofurkey at my TJ's (Cambridge, MA). It was in the refrigerated section near the tofu/veggie sausages/tempeh. It was in a box about the size of a big tissue box and had a special marker because it's in the Thanksgiving fearless flyer. I want to say it was 9.99? I will definitely be picking one up for T-giving.
