Anyone a fan of Walden Farms? I'm thinking about trying their mayo and/or chipotle ranch. Just wondering if anyone's tried their stuff.

If it's fat free, sugar free, calorie free...then what is it?
Chemicals.
Yuck.

I am terrified by the calorie-free peanut spread.

Their products are disgusting. I'd rather have the calories, sugar, carbs, fats, flavor, etc.

I haven't tried them myself but between what I've heard and what the ingredients are, I would skip those and have the real thing.

I've only ever heard terrible things about them, including on a weight loss forum I used to frequent quite a bit. Scary stuff. Never personally tried it, though.

Well, I thought the chocolate syrup was pretty good, the pancake syrup was 'meh'. I don't know about any of the other products, though.

I haven't heard of Walden Farms until now, but the thought of calorie-free mayo is somehow disgusting and mind-boggling at the same time.

I was doing the low carb thang for awhile and all the people on the same diet were in LOVE with these products. They were honestly horrible. I agree with teddyplanet, the only ones I could choke down was the syrups (chocolate and pancake). The pancake one isn't super horrible. The mayo and pb was very very bad.

"This is the only version of 'peanut butter' that will be available in hell." I've never heard of Walden Farms and it sounds like I'm not missing anything.

I tried the chocolate syrup and thought it was gross. It tasted like chemical spillage with an undertone of off-chocolate-ish.
Sewer chocolate.

The ingredients are scary. 'egg flavor'. In fact, everything is 'flavor' It's all chemicals. While I agree xantham gum is a really nice sub for some animal derived products (like gelatin) if it is the main ingredient in your food (or cellulose gel), that makes me shudder. Here is a link to the nutritional (haha what nutrition?) facts http://www.waldenfarms.com/nutrition_facts.html#Petunia, I haven't tried these products, but I would NOT try them! They make me want to go eat an apple. Or a pound of earth balance.

I spent way too long reading one-star reviews for the faux peanut butter-like product. Sounds delish. I haven't tried any of these. They sound like they fall into the category of "not food" for me.

Everything we eat are chemicals. I would like to try those products. They can't be worse than my attempt at low-fat low-sugar marzipan: inulin powder, liquid artificial sweetener and bitter almond flavour. Uff!
