I will be in Ashland for several hours on Thursday. Anything I should check out? Eat? Shop? Grey and I will be spending time at Lithia Park, but other than that, what should we do?

Anything further on Ashland? I'm looking for lunch/dinner spots. I'll check out Dragonfly, but will be there for a few days and would love any additional suggestions.

So....Ashland highlights include:
Food: Green Leaf for veggie plates, noodle bowls, and vegan desserts. Ruby's for burritos and sandwiches. Pangea for soup and wraps. Thai Pepper for noodles and satay and peanut sauce. The Ashland Food Co-op has vegan donuts, sandwiches, desserts, hot food, and more. The donuts were especially good.
The Blue Moon bed and breakfast is FANTASTIC and made me gorgeous vegan breakfasts each morning (fruit, tofu scrambles with tomato coulis, pancakes), and they let me dog stay too. They are awesome and very vegan-friendly--the house is beautiful and the people are so lovely.
And of course the Oregon Shakespeare Festival is fantastic. They're in year two of a commissioning cycle for new plays about America with some of the best contemporary playwrights.
