I'm not doing a full fledged one, but am journaling what I eat and sticking mainly to elimination diet foods. I have noticed an improvement. I now have some normal days which is a huge relief. If there is a possibility that you may be able to get better by identifying which food sensitivities you have, I say, give it a go.
