They're good, but easily recreated by putting a couple of squares of dark chocolate in the Jus Rol croissants before you roll them up.

This might not really be new but I've been avoiding Pringles because of P&G and now they're owned by Kellogg's - yay!!

These are the vegan flavours: Original, BBQ, Bacon & Paprika.

oh...that's not good! is this a common thing for salt and vinegar crisps then? I never thought they might not be vegan!

Yeah, it's pretty common, although a lot of brands are fine. The vinegar flavour needs a carrier and I think a lot of the time milk bi-products are used, also I think they act to mellow the flavour out.

Yeah 'fraid so. There are definitely vegan S & V crisps out there though.

We would like to reassure all customers that there are no dairy ingredients in bags of Salt and Vinegar with the Best Before dates after 29/10/11

Oreos :D When moving house I discovered an unopened packet of American oreos I bought months ago...off date November so they're cool...bought some chocolate Oatly and I cannot stop eating!

Yeah they are brilliant...study fuel for me :D My trouble is I think I got a dodgy batch of oatly...one of my cartons solidified in the fridge! Don't know what happened but I took it out and it was rock solid...

Oh yeah, I meant to report that (not that I've tried them). They also have chocolate hazelnut truffles in my local Oxfam marked suitable for vegans, and hot chocolate mix in gift-type packaging (which I also haven't tried - bit pricey but would be good as an emergency gift for someone who you don't know very well).

Not new as such, but for anyone pining for wotsits, 'organix carrot stix' are vegan, and taste just like wotsits! Find them in the baby section...they're also gluten and wheat free :)

Oh, I will have to look for those. Bet they're expensive though. Also I am intrigued as to how something called carrot stix tastes like cheesey, powdery Wotsits. Do they just think orange and vaguely carrot-shaped = carrot?

EDIT: I don't know where to put this, but I've been happy to find that Morrisons do a range of 100% fruit smoothies that are pretty good and are on permanent offer of 2 cartons (litre cartons, I think) for £3. Recently I tried mixing soya milk in with the strawberry & banana smoothie in a cup. It doesn't curdle and tastes good if you want more of a creamy, milky smoothie.
