Pumpkin Spice Cookie Sandwiches:  Halloween Rice Crispy Treats:  Chocolate Orange Spider Web Cake:  Candy Corn Cake (I should have made the yellow part thicker, to account for the border. Ugh, hindsight):  Pumpkin Spice Jack O'Lantern Cupcakes:  Red Velvet Vampire Bite Cupcakes:  And last but not least, my personal favorite, Ghostess Cupcakes! (see what I did there?):

I don't even know what is cutest! I am passionate about layer cakes, and I love both of these. What flavors are in the candy corn cake (it's so cute!)? The jack o' lantern cupcakes are also adorable. I've been meaning to make vampire bite cupcakes forever. How did you get your frosting so smooth and even on them?

The Ghostess cupcakes are adorbs and I want one in my mouth. I love the look of the candy corn, and I third the question of what flavour is it?

The candy corn cake is just vanilla, with marshmallow flavored icing. I don't remember what candy corn tastes like exactly, but I think it always tasted vaguely vanilla/marshmallowish?
Rhiz: I put the icing on as smooth as I can with a spatula, let it crust a bit, then smooth it out with a Viva paper towel (Viva because they don't have a pattern). I find it easiest to hold the paper towel in my left hand, then while holding the cupcake in my right hand, turn it over and smooth the top with the paper towel, rather than try to place the paper towel over it and smooth that way. I don't know if that makes sense - I should to a video tutorial or something, it's so much easier to show than to explain!

Looking at all your festive halloween treats totally inspired me to kick it up a notch at work and bust out some really fun baked treats. So thanks for being so talented and inspiring. Plus I really love the candy corn cake, I love stripes on cakes.

I really want to take a vacation to Memphis JUST to eat your desserts. Unfortunately, google told me it would be a nearly 10 hour drive, so it couldn't be a short weekend excursion...I wish Memphis would move to the opposite end of Tennessee!
