The local public radio station did a story on a food/art/community thing that a my boyfriend and I started with two friends of ours. It was picked up as a NPR story and broadcast all over today! ACK! I am a shy person and I don't like the thought of this (my voice on the radio for all to hear)...but I do like what we do and I appreciate the acknowledgment by NPR. Restaurant**The cupcakes in the story are from VCTOTW, I make them for every event. I did mention their awesome vegan-ness in the interview as well as in a follow-up email but they did not speak of it in the story. Oh well. i heard this story- i thought our little town needs something like this- only we have a bar/diner and a pizza joint at night and i think that i am the only person who would like 'fancy' food.

Great concept, and good for you for promoting it so successfully! I'm not sure which voice was yours, but the whole thing sounded good, so you did well on the radio too.
