I cannot find the CG Halloween glitter. This gives me a serious case of the sads. If Ulta and Sally's don't restock before Halloween, I will cry.

I saw it last time I was at Sally's, but that was about two weeks ago. I would be happy to check mine for you, if you want...I'll be out today and in the vicinity of three Sally's, so message me if you want me to look for it.

Looks great, baps! I have a very chipped mani with OPI Got the Blues for Red, a classic blue red. It was the manicurists first day, so that in combo with some housework this weekend mean it didn't fair well. I will say that usually manicures from this place last seven days though.

I went to the Sally's on the other side of town where no one goes, they had a full stock! I now have all of my Halloween polishes. MY PRECIOUSSSSSSESSSSS

Also, am I the only one who every other time I go to Ulta, someone dives out from behind a display to ask me if I need anything after i've spent 10 minutes picking up and putting down bottles, like they think they're going to catch me shoplifting?

No, you're not the only one. Every time I go to Ulta they feel the need to tell me how the Butter London polishes have the extra cap situation. But, I guess it's nice that it's easy to find people there to help if you need it. Unlike at Lowes/Home Depot...

I was at Ulta this morning and this happened twice. Both times, Silas was standing calmly next to me talking about colors, until they scared the shiitake out of him. Thanks for making me hold a scared 30 lb kid while trying to gush over polish, saleslady!

You're not the only one. I hate Ulta for that reason. AND that if I do want help, all of a sudden there's nobody. But if I start looking at the Butter London, BAM, there they are, standing in my personal zone, like I'm a thief. They could care less if I'm looking at the other brands tho.

And they really don't know shiitake about polish. I swear they make stuff up and I end up googling for real answers.

I'm getting ready to do something black and orange for Halloween. I don't have the talent for nail art, but I thought it might be fun to do black and orange french manicure. The question is, should I do black with orange tips or orange with black tips?

I'm thinking the same thing tonight. I think I saw a french manicure that alternated finger to finger but I can't recall where. It was black w orange tip, orange w black tip, and so forth.

Please post pics when you're done whichever way you go! I'd love to see.

Both would look cool. I suspect orange with black tips would be easier to get a good result though, unless you have a super opaque orange.

I couldn't find my orange polish so I ended up going with a vampy red and black look.
