Just read the recipe on your blog, these look super easy. What size (roughly) did you cute your tofu into to make "nuggets"?

Alright, so I sliced one block once the long way, then into 8 slices the short way, which makes sixteen pieces, then did the same with the other blocks. I don't know if that makes sense. Perhaps I will do process photos when I make it again. It was two double packs, which makes 4 blocks. Thank you for your question and I hope you make it! As for size, I guess they are about 1 inch long and .5 inches wide.

This recipe seems very easy and something I could even get hubby to try, so this might just be the recipe to pop my tofu cherry ;)
