Hey there people. Yes, I know this should go in the Mall, but I was hoping to get an answer today, and the foyer gets the most traffic. Mods, feel free to move this if you are so inclined.

I was invited to a PartyLite Party. For those of you not familiar, it is a party a person hosts to buy products, in this case candles. Like a pampered chef, Tupperware or 'passion' party (yeah, those last ones are the BEST!)

Anyway, I would like to go, but I can't seem to figure out if the candles contain animal ingredients or not. Internet searches are not really turning up anything either.

I will email the company and ask, but I thought to ask here first, maybe someone has that information, and I can RSVP without waiting for the company to get back to me. Also, if they do, it will come up on an internet search for future vegans looking this up ;)

Well, I checked out the catalog myself, and there is no mention of ingredients.

I don't want to ask her. See, if there is nothing I can buy, I will not go (it is kind of rude to go to these things and not buy anything), but I don't want to say "I am not going to your party because I am vegan and the candles are not".

I don't know, I think that would put her off a bit. She is a pretty recent friend, and I don't want to not get invited to any other events/dinners/parties. I will just say I am busy or something.
