Tonight's dinner... Poblano chiles stuffed with wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, pepitas and kabocha squash; smokey tomato sauce, cilantro quinoa, black beans, and the prettiest kale. It's gorgeous and it is AMAZINGLY delicious. All ingredients courtesy the Hollywood Farmer's Market. If you miss produce, come visit us in L.A. this winter, the market stays so beautiful all year round :)  A close up of the chiles before they hit the oven.  And a cheesecake shot of that GORGEOUS kale :)

Black beans should always be sloppy! We mash them with a potato masher to get that Mexican restaurant texture. I think I could live on black beans!

I so miss the Hollywood Farmer's Market, and would happily live on black beans too. Lovely food!
