You can tell by the tone I take that I am the only vegan I know in real life. And the omnis I know only approve of a plant-based diet for health purposes. So, I'm trying to set the record straight here. Sadly, it takes me a page and a half of blah, blah, blah to do so. But, I'm a work in progress. :p

Looks good to me! I also like that you mention that you don't have to use the word Vegan if you don't align with it for moral reasons, but I know a few people who are attempting a vegan way of life but still prefer to tell people they only eat a "plant based" diet. It's the terminology I am still using for myself even though my main reason for changing is for the animals.
