Guys! Last night I found out I made my university's Slam Poetry Performance Crew! Everything is exciting, they are nationally ranked, and there was a cool/scary initiation "callback" (called a callback just to freak us out, we'd already made it) and they bought me Chipotle while everyone had pizza. I have so many feelings right now!

My laptop was sick all morning and wouldn't work properly. My clicker yoke wouldn't work at all. It was the most awful few hours. I didn't know what to do with myself so I cleaned my house a bit to pass away the time.

A non-PPK friend just posted on FB that he's having his "first crepe of the semester". I legitimately sat there dismayed for quite a while before realizing that he actually was talking about a real pancake.

CQ, I had a similar double take the other day when a non-PPK friend was talking about shittake soup on FB and I was really grossed out for a minute.
On Wednesday I am going to a training to be able to take juvenile defense cases for the county! so excited!
Today, however, I have to call someone who is kind of mad at me. Dislike that part.
I am also wearing multiple scarves like blankets right now. Because I am so chilly....brr!
I got to clean a lot of my apartment yesterday, and it was so nice! I'm looking forward to getting more done tonight. Cleaning is so therapeutic.

There is a ppker with my name as their nick and she always freaks me out when she posts. I haven't told her that personally though.
Also, I bought my husband a new computer, I've been trying to do that for nearly 2 years and he finally gave in due to recent issues and limitations of his existing one. I hope he likes it.
