I bought sweet vegan recently. i saw it on sale for 8 euros in amsterdam. its beaaaautiful but almost every recipe has creem cheese in it. and she only uses commercial egg replacer. i tried one recipe so far and it was a mess but tasted nice, i guess. i will try some more and im not sure how i feel about the cookbook.
