1:15 run, 1:15 swim. I'd forgotten how hard team swims feel post-run. My off-season is officially OVER.

I have a swim tonight. I just added up the yardage: 3700! My coach allotted an hour for it, which is ludicrous. That's 2.1 miles and some of it is drills, which are slooooow. It would take me more like 2 hours to swim the whole workout. I wonder if she was high when she wrote it.
Anyway, I will swim tonight. For an hour.

Yesterday an hours run, an hours ride & then 15 minute swim, followed by a relaxing steam & a sauna. Today 67 minute run and an hours ride. I ran out of time & couldn't get to the pool before it closed.

30 windmills, 90 1 handed 12kg kettlebell swings, 50 lunges with 20kg, 100 bent over rows with 10kg, 150 16kg kettlebell swings, 50 push ups, 50 crunches, 10 burpees.
