Maybe he knows you both drink the same thing, so he likes the social aspect of sharing?
Molly (all the birds, actually) always prefers to drink from somene's glass, even if hers is fresher. The cockatiel has a bowl of water on the coffee table in her little eating area, but almost always goes for someone's drinking glass nearby. They just like to share.
Correction: they like to share other people's stuff; not their own.

okay so I promise that everything I post will stop being about being sad all the time soon, but I'm currently in philly for a friend/my best friend's brother's funeral and I've been spending a lot of time with her and the family as part of the support crew and it is just breaking my heart every second.
It is going to suck for so long. I love these people and they are in so much pain.
I wish I could do more.

Correction: they like to share other people's stuff; not their own. It's actually his mug because he's spoiled enough to sleep on my bed and have a water mug in case he gets thirsty at night. But he's not spoiled enough that I will follow him upstairs when he calls me. I have to draw the line somewhere!

I just had this weird hallucination where looking at our three posts here I saw one giant, lonely, queer person with three arms typing on three different computers pretending to be three different people.

Last night I dreamt of CQ. You wanted to meet up and cook something next week and I tried to go through my schedule to find a day that fit but it was really hard. And then there was some weirdness and I think a stable without horses. My mind is confused.
I have a huuuuge amount of hummus in the fridge which I'm going to bring to a party tonight. At least there will be something for me to eat along with the salsa and guacamole CG and his wife are making. And another trio is bringing refried beans, are those normally vegan?
Plus coconut pie and cookies, I think I'll survive very well.
Although once someone asked me how do I survive as vegan in Bavaria, and I said "I drink a lot of beer". So I'm set either way.

I want to defriend someone I know IRL who keeps on whining about the fact that the NYRR marathon was cancelled and how betrayed she feels by that. SHUT UP! Unfortunately we see each other all the time, she'd notice if she didn't see my posts and she wouldn't see my point if I made it to her in person.
BOOFREAKINGHOO FOR YOU WASTING ALL YOUR TIME TRAINING FOR THE MARATHON. Go do another one and be grateful you weren't hit worse. I have friends who lost their homes, who still have no power, who are living in the cold and still having to go to work or care for kids, and no one whines more than this person.
And of course, everyone has a right to vent on facebook and all feelings are valid, blahblahblah.

Good God. Why on earth did it have to be me that ended up with diabolical weirdos as parents?! I'm seriously glad that I wiped those people out of my life.
On the plus side I finally got to meet up with my brother for the first time in nearly 9 years. Considering he is still living in that house with those people he is turning out to be normal. I'm going to take credit for that since I basically raised him.
